Flint House!! C B E F has received a great donation in the form of a 2 story wood frame house! The house is presently owned by Mr. & Mrs. Flint who live South of Robertsdale and East of Summerdale. They approached us and asked if we would like a donation of this house with the condition that when we sold the house that the house would have to be moved off of their property. We had the House appraised by Mr. Leland Baggett and he appraised it at $44,000 We have discussed the appraisal and are currently deciding the best way to list this house for sale. A possible auction will be held in the near future with a very low starting bid! The winner of the auction will be responsible for having the house moved to a property that the buyer may have. Anyway, here are some pictures of the house and a map to the location of the house where it now sits if someone is interested in it.
