C B E F received a donation of a two story wood frame house in the Fall of 2010. The house was donated by Mr. & Mrs. Flint of Robertsdale. They gave the house to CBEF with the condition that when the house was sold, they would be responsible for moving the house off of thier property. CBEF had the house appraised by Mr. Leland Baggett and he listed the house for $44,000. The house is currently not for sale but a possible auction could occur in the near future. The winner of the house will be responsible for moving the house to a new location.
